Who Am I?' is a fun reading experience for the child of elementary reading skills and comprehension or as a shared activity between parent and child to provide a foundation in reading skills, adeptness is logical thought processes, and the art of poetry. Poetry is a successful reading strategy of rhyme and rhythm that keeps the child engaged and curious of the next assembly of words. This book allows the child to indulge in the world of discovery with a final resolve that the answers are in the reading. Each poem directs the child to another poem that gives an overall story of a character. The intrigue is in the fact that each poem is only a clue about who this character may be. It is only until they get to the last poem that the character they have been reading about is revealed. Surprise! They will be introduced to a favorite playmate of theirs... figuratively speaking, that is!

Proven that babies can learn to read before speaking fluently, here's an aid to that challenge.

About the Author-
  • Lisa D. Jones has revelled in the joys of raising her two, now newborn and toddler, children. She has gone from a full time working mother to a mother thankful to the advantages of homeschooling. Like most working moms, time was limited, but it never kept her from the attentiveness to caring for her children. Though, her calling required a different approach doing the work she loved... guiding, educating, and encouraging personal growth.

Her previous work, 'A Guide to Inexpensive Health for You and Baby', was her introduction to her voice in spreading knowledge to better assist parents in child upbringing. 'Who Am I?' serves the same purpose while giving parents the pleasure of watching their child enjoy learning. She will continue in her pursuit of trying to enhance the livelihoods of all parents and children, and in doing so, will continue to be a voice in the literary world.
